Welcome!

Hello, I’m Marta Jendrzejewska, a London based Accredited Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist (B.A, GradDip AppSocSc, PGDip CBT), with over 10 years experience in providing psychological services. I work with children and adolescents and adult populations, as well as providing family intervention sessions.

If you are visiting this website it is likely that you may be struggling with a problem you may feel unable to resolve on your own or are considering making changes in your life and relationships.

Many people who are looking to engage in therapy, look for someone who will listen to them without judgment and work collaboratively in understanding problems that may have arisen, working together to find solutions or promote change in those areas of their lives.

If this is you, you have found the right place. I will work collaboratively with you, and challenge you, to explore how to make your life better. Being part of a therapeutic relationship is an important role and I will take the work we do together seriously.

I am trained in and work from a number of frameworks (individually and integrated) in addition to Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy.

ON-LINE THERAPY DURING CORONAVIRUS SOCIAL DISTANCING

Following the advice from the government and our building management we are maintaining social distance guideline upon entry to the building and sanitisation in the office. I am currently seeing clients both on-line and face to face (as provided that guidelines are maintained medical appointments can remain face to face).

During this unprecedented time it is normal to experience heightened anxiety and a desire to keep ourselves and loved ones safe. I would encourage anyone worried to consider looking at the APA guide: https://www.apa.org/helpcenter/pandemics
