Initial enquires and appointments are made through the practice virtual personal assistant. All enquires will be endeavoured to be answered within 24-48 hrs, unless it is the weekend, in which case Monday. You may also be informed that there may be a possible wait for appointments and can request to be placed on a waiting list.
